Paul came up with the idea of Chronos being pursued by dozens of heroes of the DC universe. He got to choose his favorites. The reason Batman and Superman aren’t included is that if Chronos stole the Man of Steel’s cape and the Dark Knight’s cowl, something truly incapacitating must have taken place!
